Charlene's Cleaning Services Policy.....

Hours:
Monday through Friday from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. If we are at a cleaning location, you may get our voice mail.; however, we return our calls promptly. If you reach us after hours, your call will be returned by our next business day.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that emergencies sometimes arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your  appointment, we kindly request that you give 24-hour notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee will be billed

Payment Policy
Payments is required the day of your cleaning (as applies). We accept:  Cash, Check or Credit Card.

Vacation Policy
When going on vacation during your scheduled cleaning times, please let us know in advance if you wish to skip or reschedule your appointment to a different day.  This way it will allow for client to be scheduled for your time slot.

Holidays Policy:
Our office is closed on all major holidays. However, there are some on our cleaning team who still work on major holidays, excluding Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If no one is available to perform your cleaning on a holiday, we will email or call you to reschedule at least one week prior.

Pet Policy:
Charlene's Cleaning Services is a pet friendly company, however we ask  prior to our entry into your residence/business on the day of your scheduled appointment that your pet be placed in a designated area away from our cleaning team until the job is completed.

Lock-Out Policy:
We understand, at times your schedule can become hectic, causing you to forget to leave the entrance unlock for entry.  The first (1st) occurrence will be no additional fee,  thereafter the customer will be billed at half (1/2) the regular rate if we cannot gain entrance to your residence or office.

Theft Policy:
Charlene's Cleaning Services has a cleaning team that consist of individuals who have met our strict standards: A background check is conducted on ALL team members and must be 100% clean, prior to any type of  representation of our company and/or meeting a client.  If at any time a client has a strong concerns with one of our cleaning team members, please contact us immediately so the issue can be resolved.any concerns arise regarding missing items from a home, it must be brought to our attention immediately and we will respond accordingly.  We also ask the homeowner/business owner, if necessary, to file a police report in order to have all bases covered.

Initial Cleaning:
Charlene's Cleaning Services goal is to exceed your expectations.  We can achieve this by starting with an initial cleaning. We believe a home/business is never too clean.  With an initial cleaning it allows our team to detail  its never good mask clean. Our goal is to assure our clients that every area that is designated to clean has been detailed and sanitized.  This also, allows us in future to properly set a cleaning routine.  This will assure that the clients  home/business has been throughly detailed, sanitized, leaving no area left undone.

Furniture:
Charlene’s Cleaning Services does not move furniture or bulk items of any kind not rearrange furniture.

Windows:
Charlene's Cleaning Services- Cleans windows from the inside (Only.)

Ongoing House Cleanings:
After the initial cleaning, we charge a fixed rate for regular service (Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly).  A team member will go into more detail during the FREE estimate for the clients home/business visit.  

SERVICE QUALITY GUARANTEE:
Charlene's Cleaning  Services strives to provide outstanding cleaning services for our clients. If you are not 100% satisfied with any cleaning service provided, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem.
